When will I recieve my zanybandz™ if I order online?

Although we strive to have your packages delivered to you within a few days, please allow 7 – 10 business days to receive your package. In some rare cases delivery may take up to 15 business days due to USPS delays beyond our control.

How can I check to see if my order has been shipped?

In the rare occasion that it has been longer than 15 business days and you still have not received your order just contact us either by phone or email and we will help you immediately.

Do zanybandz™ contain latex?

No. Zanybandz™ animal and theme shaped rubber bands are made of 100% silicone.

Why won’t the shopping cart let me to order everything I want?

If this happens it means the design(s) you are trying to order are not in stock.  The shopping cart will only allow you to order items that cannot be shipped to you in a timely manner.  If the item(s) you want are not available, please try to order again at a later time.

How can I pay with my American Express or Discover credit card?

After submitting your shipping information you will be directed to the payment page where you can choose to pay with PayPal or your debit or credit card. If you wish to use your American Express or Discover card click the PayPal button.  Locate the ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ section of the payment page and click the Continue link.  We’ve circled this section in red in the image below to show you what it looks like.

After clicking the Continue link just enter your credit or debit card information as usual and you’re order will be processed.
