No Purchase NecessaryHERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Register to receive the Zanybandz weekly newsletter and you are automatically entered to win. Unsubscribing your name from the newsletter removes your name from being in the pool of names eligible to win the drawing. Every month one (1) name will be drawn from the pool of names eligible to win and that one person will be notified that they have won their choice of an iPod Touch or Nintendo Wii.

WINNING: Winners of the ZanyKid of The Month/Nintendo Wii contest will be notified via their email address with the announcement: “YOU’RE THE NEW ZANYBANDZ ZANYKID OF THE MONTH!” Winners must respond via e-mail or phone at 1-888-382-2927 to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 90 days will be forfeited. The maximum amount of prizes awarded in any calendar year will be 12. Limit one Nintendo Wii winner per family. The Nintendo Wii award will be sent out in one shipment.  Any duties, taxes and sales taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

LIMITATIONS: Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address unless otherwise allowed by Zanybandz™. All claims subject to verification. Material submitted becomes property of Zanybandz™ and will not be returned.

If, due to a printing, production, e-mail, or other error, more winning Nintendo Wii prizes are awarded or distributed, or more prizes are claimed/redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize. In no event will Zanybandz™ be obligated to award more than the maximum amount of  Nintendo Wii prizes awarded in any calendar year of 12.

If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner of Nintendo Wii, you are not eligible to claim a prize.

If your country of residency does not allow the import of products you wish to receive, you are not eligible to claim a prize.

Monthly drawing is open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except employees of Zanybandz™, participating retailers, their respective parental companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, wholesalers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each.

All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner/offer recipient.

Zanybandz™ reserves the right to cancel or modify the online entry if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Zanybandz™ in their sole discretion.

In the event of termination of the online entry portion of the program, a notice will be posted online indicating how to enter via the mail and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination and all eligible mail in entries received.

In the event a dispute arises with respect to the drawing and regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, Zanybandz™ will be solely responsible for making a determination as to who the winner is in its sole discretion.

An entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder” and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Participant may be requested to provide Zanybandz™ with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Zanybandz™.

Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.

By accepting prize/offer, winners/offer recipients agree to hold Zanybandz™, and its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of prize/offer.

Winner/offer recipients assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer.

Zanybandz™ is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize/offer or in the administration of the promotion.

AVAILABLE PRIZES/OFFERS, APPROX. RETAIL VALUES AND APPROX. ODDS OF WINNING/RECEIVING (UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES/OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED): Monthly odds of winning will be one (1) divided by the number of eligible newsletter subscriptions and written entries received at the time of the drawing. Odds of winning will vary on a monthly basis based on the number of subscriptions and entries received.

The duration of the period in which monthly drawings are held is the sole discretion of Zanybandz™ and not subject to notice of cancellation of discontinuance.
