When will I recieve my zanybandz™ if I order online?

All online orders are shipped the very next business day by USPS first class mail.  You will usually recieve your order in 3 - 5 business days but please allow up to 10 business days to allow for any USPS delays beyond our control.

How can I check to see if my order has been shipped?

In the rare occasion that it has been longer than 10 business days and you still have not received your order just contact us either by phone or email and we will help you immediately.

Do zanybandz™ contain latex?

No. Zanybandz™ animal and theme shaped rubber bands are made of 100% silicone.

Why won't the shopping cart let me to order everything I want?

If this happens it means the design(s) you are trying to order are not in stock.  The shopping cart will only allow you to order items that can be shipped to you immediately.  If the item(s) you want are not available, please check back at a later time.

I don't have a PayPal account.  How can I pay with my credit or debit card?

You don't need a PayPal account to order from zanybandz™.  After submitting your shipping information you will be directed to the payment page where you can either pay with PayPal or your debit or credit card. 

If you wish to use your debit or credit card locate the Don't have a PayPal account? section of the payment page and click the Continue link.  We've circled this section in red in the image below to show you what it looks like.

After clicking the Continue link just enter your credit or debit card information as usual and you're order will be processed.
